Welcome to the home for podcast episodes created by Wake Forest University students in ART 104: The Art + Architecture of Latin America, in the fall of 2019. After investigating the colossal pyramids and agricultural engineering feats of ancient Peruvian and Central American cultures, this course, taught by Dr. Nikki Moore, looked at ways that artists and architects from México to Argentina and Brazil attempted to build new, modern nations from the aesthetics and culture of the region’s First Peoples.
The podcasts hosted here were written, directed and recorded by a group of interdisciplinary undergraduate students during the Fall 2019 semester.
